Should you wish your child to join Queen Elizabeth Humanities College please note that all admissions are dealt with on our behalf by Herefordshire Councils Admissions Service. This applies to students joining the school in September of year 7 and mid-year admissions for any year group. Full details and advice on secondary school admissions can be found on the Herefordshire Council web-site at: https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/schooladmissions. Alternatively you can write to them at: School Admissions, Herefordshire Council, Plough Lane Offices, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 0LE
Telephone: Dawn Skyrme 01432 260925
The admission pan for the school is set at 80 per year group, 400 in total. Currently there are available places in all year groups.
PARENTS OF CHILDREN RESIDENT OUTSIDE OF HEREFORDSHIRE:
If you are not resident in Herefordshire then you should obtain admission details from your home Local Authority (LA), even if your preferences include schools within Herefordshire. (The “home” LA is defined as the Local Authority relevant to the child’s home address).
If you wish to apply for a place at any Herefordshire school, you must complete an application provided by your “home” LA. The “home” LA will ensure that the application details are passed onto Herefordshire LA for consideration in the allocation of school places.
